MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To All Possible Applicants:
New members will be accepted into the Dip-N-Vat Hunting Club, Inc. as openings become available.
By signing the membership application, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

All paper applications and supporting documents must be submitted in full before membership is granted. Before club stickers are issued, each member, partner, and child with a driver’s license must provide:

Upon acceptance, members agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Dip-N-Vat Hunting Club, Inc., and Timber Company and its affiliates. All members must always maintain a valid driver’s license, active insurance, and proper license tags.
3. Safety and Conduct
The club maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy. No drugs or alcoholic beverages are allowed on club property. Failure to comply with any club rules will result in immediate suspension.
4. Dog Identification
All members, dogs, or still hunters must ensure that dogs brought onto the property have a collar on every dog clearly marked with the owner’s name, phone number, address, and the designation DD# Number, and a copy of our DD# Letter on them at all times.
5. Membership Finality
All memberships are final. The club does not offer transfers or refunds under any circumstances.
